#WeareCooking: Smoked Fish Palm Oil Jollof Rice
#Ingredients:
1. Palm Oil
2. Rice
3. Onion
4. Smoked Fish or Dry Fish
5. Grounded Cray Fish
6. Steaming water Of The Smoked Fish
7. Larsor Fish seasoning
8. Salt
9.Small Fresh Tomatoes or Larsor Tomatoes Stew
#COOKING_PROPER
{steaming the smoked fish} use the water to cook
1. Pre_heat the Palm Oil on medium heat until it is hot but no bleach the oil .Add salt
2. Add the cut onion fry on low heat for 1 minute
3. Add Tiger Chilli pepper, tiger curry powder
4. Add the cut fresh tomatoes and fry it for 3 to 5 minutes and Add the Larsor Tomato Stew Seasoning.
5. Add the grounded crayfish and add the smoked fish.
6. Add the LARSOR FISH SEASONING
7. Add the fish steaming water (stock) cover the pot, allow it to boil for 5-10 minutes.
8. Add your washed parboil Rice to the palm oil stew sauce, add the steaming water and cook th rice till it's soft and done.
Check for salt, pepper and seasoning to taste.
You can add scent leaf, curry or green leaf optional
